The camp will be geared towards Iron Distance athletes looking to learn how to train and race properly particularly at altitude. Training sessions will be done on the most popular Boulder routes and an effort will be made to bike and run on routes used during the Boulder triathlons. The camp will include some long challenging training sessions. We encourage you to be fit for this camp. The toughest training session will be a 112 mile bike ride via Carter lake attempting to follow the route of the Boulder Ironman.
