best out of my training time and maximize my potential?" Over the past 13 years
our coaching and training plans have answered those two critical questions for many
athletes. With any program you sign up for through SmartTriathlonTraining you will not
only receive the best possible training available anywhere, but also
the highest quality support from the coaches. We are dedicated
to making your experience with triathlon coaching the best you can possibly receive.
We design training plans of 12 to 20 weeks in duration. Each plan comes with unlimited private support
from the coaches via our web site “ask the coach” page. Each athlete also receives
access to our forum with thousands of questions and answers, technique videos and
a library or articles on all triathlon training and racing topics. The training program takes you through
three phases of training (base, speed, and taper) and provides you with daily workouts
including tips to help you gain the most benefit from each of these sessions. The
program incorporates heart rate zones so that you will maximize your fitness gains,
and also includes strength training program, tips on nutrition, equipment checklists and more. The fee for this program is US$
29.00 per week with an minimal investment of 6 weeks to start.
Each program is designed specifically around your individual needs, level of fitness
and training preferences. Our custom training schedules along with the support you
